2025 Silent Auction Donation Form

Thank you for your silent auction donation!  A successful silent auction is key to the success of the festival.  Exhibitors are asked to contribute a donation with a minimum retail value of $50.  Note that we may combine your item(s) with others for the auction.

Donations can be delivered or mailed starting Sunday, September 7th and no later than Sunday, September 21, 2025, to the following location:  Hatfield Creek Vineyards & Winery,1625 Highway 78 in Ramona, CA.

Make sure to print copy of this form and attach it to your donation so we know who it came from.

Important:  When describing your donations, please see the examples below.  Keep it brief but describe what makes your donation unique and special.  Please include a price on EACH ITEM in case we need to separate them into different baskets.
