Silent Auction

Our annual silent auction is not only a primary fundraiser, but also a fun activity at the festival. The quality of the items donated each year continues to be outstanding thanks you our generous donors.

All exhibitors at the festival must donate items with a minimum retail value of $50 to the silent auction as a requirement for participating in the festival. In addition, we always welcome and appreciate donations from sponsors and other community organizations.

To make a donation to our silent auction, please do the following:

  1. Complete the silent auction donation form and select “submit”
  2. You will see a notification that your response was submitted. Select “Save my response”
  3. On the upper left of your screen, select “File”, then “Print” to print your form.
  4. Attach the form to your donated item(s) and deliver to Hatfield Creek Winery, 1625 Hwy 78, Ramona, CA no later than Sunday, September 1, 2024
