All proceeds from the festival go toward our mission of encouraging economic vitality of Ramona, CA by increasing tourism, promoting community pride, and celebrating our rich cultural heritage through an outstanding visual arts program. The Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization is the entity behind the many murals that dot the town.
