2026 Silent Auction Donation Form
Thank you for your silent auction donation! A successful silent auction is key to the success of the festival. Exhibitors are asked to contribute a donation or pre-made basket with a minimum retail value of $50. Note that we may combine your item(s) with others for the auction.
How to fulfill your donation requirement:
- Complete the form: Fill in the blanks below with your information, then hit “SUBMIT”. You should receive a confirmation email after your submission.
- Print: Print that confirmation email and secure it to your donation.
- Deliver: Hand deliver your donation along with the printed form to the following location No Later Than September 30th, 2026:

In-Person Drop Off: Leave your donation at the house patio area. Look for the sign indicating where to leave the items, and sign the drop-off sheet to log your delivery.
Shipping via UPS: You may ship your donation using UPS. Do not use US Postal Service (USPS) as they do not deliver packages to this address and your item will be returned. If you choose to ship your item, ensure that it arrives before the September 30th deadline.
